Clout Return & Subscription Policy

At Clout, we want you to feel confident about every purchase—whether that’s our physical merchandise or your subscription to our digital platform. Below you’ll find details on how returns and cancellations work for both.
1. Physical Merchandise
If you purchased Clout merchandise (apparel, accessories, or other physical items), you can return it within 32 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
How to Return
- Use the prepaid return shipping slip included in your package to send your item(s) back.
- If you need a new label, contact us at returns@clout.you and we’ll send you one.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping is free, and refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after we receive your item.
2. Digital Subscriptions (Clout Platform)
Your subscription to Clout gives you ongoing access to our AI + human-powered content platform on a monthly basis.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month on your billing date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellations
- If you cancel mid-cycle, your account will remain active until the end of the current prepaid term.
- Your subscription status will update to “Pending Cancellation” (or “Cancelled,” depending on timing), but you’ll retain access through the end of the billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial months of service already paid for.
Switching Plans
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between subscription plans at any time.
- Clout uses pro-rated billing, so you’ll only be charged or credited for the difference between plans for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Because Clout’s services begin immediately upon purchase and include AI processing and human review, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already begun. If you believe there’s been an error or extenuating circumstance, please contact support@clout.you and our team will review your situation.
3. Additional Notes
- Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
- For any issues with product delivery, account access, or technical errors, please reach out within 7 days of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
- Clout reserves the right to update this policy as our offerings evolve.
